We are offering a great opportunity for a graduate to join our accounting team as an Accounts Payable Associate intern supporting the finance and accounting department with daily bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record management while gaining practical industry experience.
This is initial 6-month internship working from our HQ office in Desio, Milan.

With Global Clinical Research Locations all over the world, OPIS offers a full range of integrated clinical research services as scientific advice, medical writing, trial start-up, monitoring, study management, data management, statistics, pharmacovigilance, medical monitoring, electronic data capture as well as quality assurance and training.

Responsibilities:
- Travel expense management
- Supporting Treasury with document postings, bank reconciliations and sundry reporting
- Supporting Accounts Payable with master data review and sundry reporting
- Various analysis of accounting documents and postings
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting or related field
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent organizational skills paired with strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail, good communication abilities, and strict integrity handling confidential data
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Internship with an opportunity to transfer to permanent employment
- €700 per month
- Meal vouchers (€7 per day)
