General Responsibilities: 
Autonomously carries on the work within the scope of its activities by collaborating with the Direct Manager to define priorities and manage loads. Contributes to the management and development of procedures related to the activities in which is involved and ensures that the outputs of its activities meet the quality standards required by the company. Ensures the timely compilation of activity tracking and attendance systems.

Ensures, in carrying out the tasks entrusted, compliance with rules, regulations and agreements regarding confidentiality and privacy, promptly reporting deviations.

Job Summary:
The Training and Development Specialist reports to the HR Director managing the training and planning activities, also managing the company e-Learning platforms.

Supports the HR Director in the design, planning and tracking of external training activities and in the tracking and monitoring of personnel skills assessment forms.

Works with the HR Director in managing the process of collecting, updating and sending the CV of all company personnel.

Duties and Specific Tasks:
  • Collaborating with the HR Director in the activities related to training (initial and ongoing) and to their planning, logistical organization and their insert in the TRACK system
  • Periodically check if training sessions had been performed according to the planning and organize pending activities
  • Cooperate with the HR Director and the HR Management Specialist in drafting the Induction plans of newly hired employees of HQ and subsidiaries, and, when needed, in case of role changes or after a long-term absence period of the employee
  • Cooperate with the HR Director in the analysis, set up and tracking of external training services
  • Support the HR Director in the tracking and monitoring of activities related to the goal evaluation form of company personnel
  • Manage the corporate e-Learning platforms
  • Managing the process of collecting, updating and sending CVs company personnel (both at a local and global level) making CV available in case of requests in cooperation with the HR Director
  • Can be involved in Audit and Inspections supporting the HR Director
  • Support the HR Director in the preparation of the Group Organization Charts
Work & Education Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Team-working oriented.
