Proposal Analyst
We are currently looking for a Proposal Analyst to join our global company. You will act within the Business Development & Clinical Solutions Department, under the supervision of the Head of Proposal Management Unit.
This could be your chance to inspire and collaborate with like-minded colleagues throughout OPIS, to work on the best proposals, that will take the company to industry innovation and business growth.
General Responsibilities:
- Analyzing RFPs and preparing high-quality proposals.
- Optimizing time usage for maximum efficiency.
- Organizing work activities for independent execution.
- Maintaining electronic archives of RFPs.
- Studying and updating technical knowledge.
- Implementing pricing strategies and proposals.
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Advising on ways to improve proposal quality.
- Drafting budget proposals and reviewing customer specifications.
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Delivering completed proposals within agreed deadlines.
- Working with the Vendors office and Proposal Management Unit.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics (mandatory).
- Clinical background (ideal).
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Proposal Analyst experience within a CRO (a plus).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented and team-working oriented.
