As a Proposal Analyst, you will act within the Business Development & Clinical Solutions Department, under the supervision of the Head of Proposal Management Unit.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and analyzing RFPs (request for proposals), understanding the information needs required and preparing high-quality proposals according to the request.
- Preparing grids to be filled out for departmental colleagues.
- Optimizing and rationalizing time usage to guarantee the effectiveness of the work.
- Organizing work activities in all cases when the operations can be executed independently.
- Participating in internal organizational meetings.
- Timely maintaining the electronic archive of the RFPs (request for proposals).
- Studying and updating on the technical aspects needed to fulfill the tasks assigned.
- Suggesting and implementing pricing strategies and proposals to improve the quality of the project.
- Ensuring compliance with the rules, regulations, and agreements concerning confidentiality and privacy in the performance of the entrusted task, promptly reporting any deviations.
- Positively advising specific ways in which the Proposals office can improve the quality of its outputs, including documents.
- Drafting budget proposals reviewing customer specifications, getting in-depth feedback from different stakeholders within the company.
- Delivering the complete draft of the proposal to the Business Development Manager/Associate/Director according to the agreed deadlines.
- Working in synergy with the Vendors office.
- Working in a team with colleagues to create competitive budgets and identifying unaccounted cost.
- Strategically working in cooperation with the Head of Proposal Management Unit.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics is mandatory.
- Clinical background is ideal.
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office; excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proposal Analyst experience within a CRO is a plus.
- English fluent.
